Exactly what I expected from a radio holder.Pros: Works well with my Boston Leather strap. All buttons are easily accessed when in the holder. Looks good all around.Cons: The retainer strap on the side of the radio where the speaker mic is connected is too long and you must wrap it around the whole radio before it will secure the radio appropriately.Summary: This is a good product with only one slight inconvenience. Everyone who carries a Motorola radio should have one of these holders and straps, it makes carrying the radio much more comfortable.
